Our recent Antigua Guatemala Pickleball Retreat was an incredible experience filled with high-level coaching, exciting match play, and unforgettable moments exploring one of the most beautiful cities in Central America.

Players traveled from across the United States to join The Pickleball Experience for several days of training, competition, and connection in historic Antigua.

Surrounded by stunning volcano views and vibrant culture, the retreat delivered an experience that many participants described as one of their favorite pickleball events ever.

Each day of the retreat included structured coaching sessions designed to help players improve their skills and strategy.

Training focused on key areas of the game including:

• Court positioning and movement
• Third-shot drops and drives
• Dinking with purpose
• Defensive resets and blocking
• Offensive shot selection
• Advanced kitchen play

The small coach-to-player ratio allowed instructors to provide personalized feedback and guidance to every participant.

A Unique Destination for Pickleball Travel

Antigua, Guatemala is one of the most breathtaking destinations in the world.

The city is known for its colorful colonial architecture, historic streets, and stunning volcano scenery.

Between pickleball sessions, players explored the city’s:

• historic landmarks
• scenic views of surrounding volcanoes

The combination of pickleball training and cultural exploration made the retreat truly special.
