How to Register for the Soboba Retreat
Follow these 3 simple steps to secure your spot. Please note that your registration is not complete until we receive your deposit or full payment.

Step 2: Make Your Payment
After submitting the form, you will be taken to our Payment Page. Choose the option that matches your selection in Step 1:
To Pay by Credit or Debit Card: Click the "Pay with Card" button. You will be directed to a secure checkout. (Note: A processing fee applies to all card transactions.)
To Pay by Venmo or Zelle: Follow the directions on the screen to send your payment. There are no added fees for these methods.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Once we receive your payment, your registration is officially complete!
What happens next? We will send you a Confirmation Email within 24–48 hours. This email will include the travel and add on questionaire and the next steps to prepare for your retreat.

Transportation
We recommend arriving before 3:00 p.m. on start date so you can settle in and join us for our welcome dinner that evening.
We’ll collect your flight details ahead of time to ensure we’re ready for your arrival, let us know if you will be needing airport transfers.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to commit to the hotels, venues, and coaches that make this experience possible.
121+ Days Before Start Date (On or before Oct 3, 2026)
75% refund of the deposit (minus transaction fees), or
Full transfer of deposit to a future retreat (within 12 months)
91–120 Days Before Start Date (Oct 4 – Nov 2, 2026)
Loss of the initial deposit
